I dont think this counts as a crash, because i cant get into the game. For reason i dont know, if the game doesnt respond in 5 seconds, windows decides its stuck and shuts it down. Since it takes longer than that for it to respond to my telling it...

when i try to start the game, it breifly (1 to 2 seconds) goes to a window saying that an update is available, then windows closes it saying the eve.exe has stopped working. ive run repair which fixed 3 threads, but that didnt help. any suggestion...
